Essential Indulgences was a name I first came up with about five years ago when I was trying to describe products and services.  It made sense.  Some treatments were an indulgence, like sugar scrub massages with exotic oils, where others were medically necessary and were essential for clients’ well-being and pain relief.

Since then the name has come to describe my entire practice as well as the new retail offerings that I will be adding in the coming months.

As for me, I’ve been practicing massage therapy for over 8 years.  I love helping others and teaching clients how to change their bodies through self-care.  I customize sessions based on the needs of each client.
